Question about Canon PIXMA MX310 All-In-One Printer
Turn off the printer and take some soft absorbent tissues and fold it into a pad.
Lift the cover to expose the ink cartridges and place this pad over the ink absorber on the LHS of the printer so the pad soaks up the wet ink.
Repeat until the absorber is nearly dry.

it is a common issue with most canon printers.....So the advice i like to share with u is,first u need to empty the waste ink tank absorber on the printer and would like to let u know that changing to a new cartridge would not solve this problem as this has something to do with the printer and not the cartridge.
So once u empty the waste ink tank absorber (something similar to a small sponge..ie: it is the place where your excess ink goes. U should take off that ink as it has reached the maximum point of absorbing and it's unable to absorb more ink) your printer should work fine.
Hope this helps.
