This happened to me as well. Check that all your firewalls are turned off. This fixed my problem.
Make sure your computer is set for automatic IP address assignment. To do this: click on Start/Control Panel/Network Connections/Local Area Connection/Properties...then scroll down the list and double click on Internet Protocol(TCP/IP). In the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties" window...make sure both of the "Obtain...automatically" buttons are selected. Then click on "OK" and close all of the windows you just opened.
There are a number of other possible problems, but this one is very common and easy to check. Ask me if you need more help, and let me know what kind of computer and operating system you're using.

I am having the same problem. The router was working fine, now I can't connect wirelessly to it. I tried running the install again, but it keeps saying "problem communicating with router."
I tried the two solutions listed and I am still having the same problem.
i am trying to plug my ps3 on my network but it won't work,i've call my internet suplier and the net works but they say itis not configuered properly(the router that is) i just moved and i have lostthe cd and booklet please help!! it all used to work fine before
