There are two reason for bluetooth failure. One is software problem. Try to hard format your phone and it will be OK if it is software problem. But if it is hardware failure of your bluetooth module then it is subject of little skill. I am posting you here a link of picture for hardware repairing. Try to repair it if you are skilled and have some tools for repairing.

Hi,when trying to use a blue tooth and it shows (unable to perform blue tooth operation, Is because the blue tooth is corrupted.

You will need to format phone to restore blue tooth .

Hi,
First: better use kasperaskey anti virus.
If your desktop pc or laptop has antivirus,
have your pc scan your fon memory through bluetooth, or usb cable

OR:
If you have Virus On mobile
1 - remove memory card.
2 - dial *#7780# or *#7073*
3 - It format your Phone
4 - Format memory card.
and enjoyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

OR

FORMATTING PHONE
Formatting a phone is the same as flashing a phone to remove VIRUS infections on phones.

You can use this link to flash the phone and remove any VIRUS infection on the phone.

Unable to paired with my Nokia 5800, previously used with SE K800. help!

dISCONNECT THE DEVICE FROM SE K800 (Switching off Blue tooth in SE K800). It it is kept on the Blue tooth dwice connects automatically to the mobile phone,

Reset the Blue tooth device pressing for a little long duration till the On/Off indicator light glows permanently.

Then try to connect to the new Phone (Nokia 5800) using the passcode "0000" or the other which will be given in the Users manualy booklet.

I cant connect my HTC p3400i using my Homepc

Browse the Web on your mobile: Download settings from your Service Provider...
Browse the Web on your Desktop PC using your mobile as a modem - Activate blue tooth on your mobile & your PC (If no internal blue tooth port like most Laptops) you will have to purchase a separate Blue tooth dongle and follow the setup instructions....hopes this makes sense.
