Question about Activision Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare for PlayStation 3

Hi , I am playing call of duty modern warfare 2 and the game slows down and freezes. I have reloaded the game a couple of times and this has not helped. My computer spec is, Intel quad cpu Q9300 2.50ghz 8.00 gb ram, Two "HIS ATI Radeon HD 3800" cards 512 mb on crossfirex Two 500gb Hardrives. I would have expected the system to run this game fairly easy but i am having problems. Are the Graphic cards up to the job or do i need to upgrade ?. Thanks for any replies and help

to enter the code for modern warfare 2 that can be found at the back of the disc case please follow these steps:

1. connect to xbox live
2.play the game
3.there is an option for redeem the code in the game once the game load up

It could be your router or network settings for your internet. Do you use Port forwarding? The Playstation site tells you all the ports you need to use. Also try putting your playstation in a DMZ.

bad or dirty drive clean the drive and make sure disk is not scratched anywhere

if its a new game (never played) take it back for exchange and try that as well

Upgrade to the newest firmware, since 3.0 had some freezing issues with some games, if your internet connection is slow it would also cause it to freeze up
