What CPU could I fit to the Amilo pro V2010 to improve performance

Before you consider changing the CPU consider upgrading the RAM you can install 2GB of DDR in that laptop it will certainly run faster.
Be carful to get DDR not DDR 2, go onto the crucial RAM site and run the test software it will tell you exactly what you need and how much it will cost around £60.
If you haven’t got 2GB in the laptop I would certainly try that first.
