I am trying to download the software for my lexmark 9350 printer from lexmark website, I lost my disc from the original set up. When i try to open to install the download I get an error message "can't create output file :Cdriversprinter9300drivers humbs.db Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks David

Hi there It is the driver may have not got the DLL files in it could be missing if you want to try again,

just download the software from internet .if it is a hp printer then download the software from hp.com

After clicking on this link a webpage will be open please follow the instructions and download please select operating system. choose to download the file in my documents when askedpage { size: 8.5in 11in; margin: 0.79in } P { margin-bottom: 0.08in } --> .

• Unplug printer USB.
  
• Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
  
• Download driver from website and run the file.
  
• Follow driver installation wizard.
  
• Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.
