Blossom, I would take it in immediatly to a qualified TV Service Shop or where you bought it from to see if you can either return it or actually get it in for repair. With the size of the three dark spots it's more than a dead pixel issue. Could be a matrix processing issue but one Polaroid should repair/fix under warranty.

The dots are about 2 1/2 inches wide and their is three of them across the top of screen. They are darker grey in color almost metalic like. The tv was purchased one year ago on the 28th of this month. Thank you.
If I'm not mistaken these tv's only had a 1 year warranty. They would not replace the dead pixels even if it was under warranty. Manufactures have a dead pixel count of up to 1% before they would apply a repair. I'm just wondering what you mean by dot's, larger than a pixel to which is about a 1mm round or are the dots much bigger than this. Along with if they have a color or are they black?
