I has the same problem. I bought a Logitech harmony remote and it works with the tv and everything. The 650 was only $49.00. Well worth it to have one remote.

Universal remote setup codes for Sylvania TV are: 0062 0004 0009 0135 0189 0183 0227 0456 0008 0068 0075 0141 0161. Buy one universal remote control, which have any of the above setup code for Sylvania TV listed in its code list.
These codes control Sylvania TV with the RC65, & I suspect they work with the RC64: 11864, 10171, 11271, 11314, and 11394.

I called Comcast and they had no clue. But I called Sylvania and their
reps were FABULOUS!!! Turns out, the TV makers send the cable companies
the frequencies for each TV then the cable companies send them to a 3rd
party to get the codes written.
This model of TV is new and there is no code written. The rep suggested
that we countinue to check back on the Comcast website regularly to see
if the code is posted. She said that the sales reps tend to get the
info last.
The Sylvania rep anticipates a new code written soon because this is such a prevalent problem.
