My tv just starting randomly turning itself of and back on. I can here it clicking on and off several times before it restores itself. It has done this about 6 times today.

That is a plasma and usually power supply board. ebay search your model number. Also look for blink codes on front if it locks up. lastly check for software upgrades for you model thru google

If the tv is still under warranty, this can be repaired at no charge.
However, if not under warranty, you will need to have the CAPACITORS on the main power supply circuit board tested (or replaced).
The capacitors responsible for the power supply can sometimes fail - open the back panel. If the capacitors on the main power supply board look too fat, or signs of burning near the solder joints, then you've found the problem.
