Uninstall and then reinstall the driver from the manufacturers web page for your model printer and the operating system of the computer
win 7 and win xp are no longer supported by Microsoft so any driver blips are not corrected

What does "100 %" stacked mean?

it means that the printing order for the memory for the printer is full
go to control panel , go to printers and hardware , click on printer right click and it will show a section see what is printing
high light each line and delete that takes away the priority of the stack until there is nothing left to print and the printer should again print at the next selection you make
How the program works is this
there is a small memory in the printer and a large one in the pc
when you have data that is to be printed, the pc sends the data until the printer memory is full at which stage the printer starts to print. new data is sent as memory space becomes available until the document is printed
when different data is requested to be printed or there is a hiccup in the process the pc looses the priority in the print list ( page number or new document)and so backs up that memory and becomes blocked
by going into the pc in the printer hard ware and deleting the printing waiting to be processed your are unblocking the process and allowing the pc to again move data to be printed

Blinking green light

Try disconnecting the computer from the printer and shutting it down by removing the power cord and then also shut down the computer for a minute or so and then reboot it and check in "Printers" and see if it has anything waiting to be printed and if so clear out the queue. Flashing green light indicates that the printer is receiving data from the computer and/or printing so you shut it all down and cold reboot to clear out the computer confusion in both the computer and the printer.

10 % Memory problem showing my printer and slow

In the printing process, there a stage called spooling. This is where the data to be printed is cached into your system, so that you can print it even without having to leave the source application open. However, when you are low on RAM (or computer memory), the spooling and printing process slows down since the system is finding it hard to transport the data due to the bottleneck. Closing running applications (such as your web browser, music player, media player, games, and such) would definitely help ease out this one.
