My laptop was hanged from last one hour how to start of samsang compeny

If I understand correctly; your laptop is hanging( hung in a loop ) and unable to function. I suggest a "Hard Shutdown". This will allow the computer to restart. Press and hold down the laptop's power button for approximately 15 seconds. The laptop should power off then press the power button normally and it will restart. Start up may take longer especially if you are using a Windows Operating System. The Operating System may detect that there was a problem and will attempt to correct. Simply follow the onscreen prompts. Good Luck.

My cg100 camera always freezes is this common.

Seems to be quite normal. The manual says on page 133:

If your device freezes or hangs, you may need to close programs or reset the device to regain functionality. If your device is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Power button for 6-8 seconds. The device reboots automatically.
If this does not solve the problem, perform a factory data reset. On the Applications screen, tap Settings > Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Erase everything.

My desktop PC Windows XP Pro hangs during resart only

try to use msconfig (on run) to see what programs run on system startup. some of these programs may be a malware that keeps on placing trash on your computer. i would recommend you download the Anti Malwarebytes and run it to remove the suspected malware.

Pc hanging after turning on

I suspect viral activity. Malware does these type of things. You will need to perform isolation techniques in order to prevent the erroneous apps from running. When in doubt utilize task manager to shut down the pc if it is non-responsive (CTRL-ALT-DEL) gives you the menu. When in extreme doubt, RELOAD OS. Save your extreme data first, of course. I like Webroot software.

Acer Aspire 5580 System always restart after diskcheck

Ok have you been able to do those things because the hard work is over. If you were able to copy those files over then start up your computer we may not need to start from the CD.
If not then we have to get your computer to boot from the CD. Start your down computer and upon startup look for instructions that say "hit this key for system" it goes by quick. For Acer it should be Del or F2 or older models its F1 or Ctlr-alt-delete.
Once in BIOS just arrow over to where it says BOOT option. And with the arrow key change the combination to put your CD ROM at the first slot. Once that is done put your CD in the drive with the four files on it and boot up. Your computer should go into the operating system normally.

After all that let me know how it goes...the only other option is to reload your operating system which means all of the files will be lost....
