Ok is it at least washing? if so may not be ur motor coupler? if direct drive. But may be a bad clutch or tranny? Even a bad belt if belt driven? sometimes even a bad door switch will not allow it to go into spin? u can check with a multi meter.
Water still in the bottom of the drum. Empty, clean filter and check pump is turning. Once pressure switch is satisfied no water is left it'll allow the door to open, assuming the door interlock is still ok.
look under the door. there is a switch that will not allow the spin cycle to work if the door is open - like when you open the washer door on the spin cycle and the spin cycle shuts off until you close the door again, its a safety thing.
see if the switch works.
cost around $3.00 put in with a screw driver - good luck - aloha
it might be the safety switch under the door.
it is a switch that will not allow the spin cycle to spin unless the door is closed - like when you look in your washer while its spinning and as soon as you open the door the spinning stops until you shut the door again.
if its damaged it will not allow the spin cycle to work.
try look under the lid.

Hi, Make sure you are allowing the washer to completely finish its cycle before opening the door. It is normal for the door to lock at the end of a cycle. The locking mechanism keeps owners from opening the door before all of the water has been drained. If the door on the washer is locked, select the "Drain" or "Spin" options on the front-load washer. This will completely drain the water from the system and unlock the door, allowing you to open it. Thank you !!
there could be a problem with the door switch. Different washing machines have different safety options......... for ex. some allow washing even if the door is open (Vertical mount drums) some don't and the machine freezes.......... some allow washing even if the door remains open but will not spin. so this could be one of the reasons for the machine not to spin. carefully check this out
Problem seems to have corrected itself! I tried another slow spin cycle, waited a reasonable interval for the Door Locked light to go off, then when it didn't I switched the power to the machine off. I tried squeezing the door catch a few times and pressing the door downwards, then left it. Some time later when I went into the kitchen the door was open. I washed a small load this morning and the machine worked normally. Fingers crossed, it's ok now.
one of 2 things are happpening iether hte timer is not sending down the power to operate the pump , or switch is not closing correctly to allow power to the pump
