Try putting your equalizer in manual mode, then move all the bars to the highest possible, put the volume to maximum and heard. If it distorts sound, then move one of the bars one step down. Be moving one on one until you get a balance between volume and quality that fits your needs.

You can buy a louder or one that plays music, turn signal relay that is usually by the fuse box or on the drivers side under the dash. It is usually round.

you probably have constant power running the radio. do you have constant and ignition wires from the radio hooked up or did you twist the yellow and red wires together? if this installation was done correctly than you the unit should power off when you turn the ignition off.
