Question about Creative Labs Zen V MP3 Player
My mp3 has a firmwar5e problem and i dont even know what that means. in the process of this breakdown all my data was erased.i really need help.
try downloading the MP3 player recovery tool from Creative's website (the tool contains the latest firmware update available -- 1.15.03). Plug your ZV+ into your PC, run the program and let it update the firmware. Then format, reload your music and try it.
By the way, before updating the firmware, let the battery have a full charge, ok?
I hope it won't keep freezing on you after the update.
