You need a service call. If you changed the toner cartridge and it still doesn't work, an internal component has failed. The buzzing confirms it.

scanner unit problem. open and clean the mirrors and lenses with chamois/lint free cloth. if it solved OK. if not replace the unit.

you need new ink if not used it will dry up. if you are not sure go buy black ink

high voltage power supply(printer side card )complaint

hi,check your printing setting and then print.
or....
uninstall the printer then install the printer again then printer has default setting and print the paper.
sometimes printer current pages print wich is selected by setting.you must select all the pages.
to change the setting,,,
1-open control panel then open printers and faxes then check seeting.

you looking at 3 posibles one is the scanner may need to be replace or the low voltage power supply or you looking at a posible drum problem

This sounds like a laser or high voltage problem. Very much technical to fix.

The problem is may be scanner assembly of the printer or tonner sensor check this peripheral if possible.

Hi, There are 3 things that can cause blank pages. The most common is the laser shutter pops off on the spring side and blocks the laser from hitting the cartridge. The shutter opens when the cartridge is inserted. The cartridge guide that sits above and behind the cartridge misteriously gets eaten by the printer. Without it, the cartridge rides too high for the toner to transfer. The high voltage power supply goes totally dead. If the first 2 are ok, then replace the high voltage power supply. (There are 2 power supplies in the printer. One the low voltage power supply supplies voltage to all the boards, fans, etc. The high voltage ps only supplies voltage to the toner cartridge.)PS-The laser/scanner shutter is found under the top cover and below and by the front of the laser/scanner assembly (black box). Control of the shutter is on the left side of the laser/scanner. Good luck
