My Philips go gear mp3 player is stuck meaning that none of the keys is allowing me to turn it off neither to play my recordings etc. what must i do?
No file for radio on my philips gogear.shows it has fm radio on demo.how to i if poss create a file for this?
The user manual provided by Phillips is a JOKE and when I called the support line for assistance in understanding the buttons and menus associated with them, I was told that it is VERY complicated and would take quite awhile to explain them to me!!! SO MUCH FOR "INTUITIVE" AND EASY TO USE!!!! I almost NEVER use the MP3 player because there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the buttons and I am unable to listen to any songs unless I start at the beginning of the songs I have on the player and play through til I get to songs I haven't gotten to yet. I've heard the beginning songs 40 times and think it's ******** that I have to listen to ALL THOSE SONGS in order to get to the ones I have NOT yet listened to. I would NOT buy another Phillips product, especially since their claims are false and their support is pitiful

you should be able to put it into recovery mode by holding the volume up button while hooking it up to the computer after that you should be able to do a recovery on it using the software provided with the player
