Is your Adobe Flash player up to date ?

my clients who have updated to internet explorer 9 or firefox 4 have problems with the zynga games. the only way I was able to restore their gameplaying activities was to reinstall windows and doing all the updates but not internet explorer beyond version 8. not ideal. I couldn't get them to work by uninstalling internet explorer 9 and rolling back to 8.

Zynga recommends using Google Chrome for Farmville. If you want to continue with Internet Explorer you need to update it, your version is seriously out of date. I don't know your operating system so I will post a link with several options. If your operating system is relatively current I would update to Internet Explorer 11.

check your internet connection settings and if that does not help, get in touch with the farmville customer support

try with other browsers to like opera,firefox,chrome,maybe you did not instaled active x in internet explorer.

You have to clear history, cache and cookies.
There may be a bug/virus preventing you from loading the page.
Then try to log-in.
If you still can't load farmville, try to load in on another internet server.
