Hi, from the question you posted, there are three likely problems to the phone. One it's either the key button pad is bad which needs to be replace, the interface of the key button pad is dirty which needs to be cleaned, or the glass I.C which controls the key button is bad which also needs to be replaced. But i think what the problem is the cleaning of the key pad button interface because the buttons are working but they only misrepresent whatever function you try to perform on the phone. You just need to get a mobile phone technician or an electronic repairer around you to help service and clean the board and key pad button interface, and the phone will start working fine..
dont worry.its only the key pard problem.you need to replace the key pad and dont forget to ask the repirer to clean the circut board.avoid hard use of key pad.take care

it could be that your key pad got burned out it happens a lot with hardware your best bet is to get it replaced cuz there is no fixing it only if you get a new chip but that can cost you more than the actual product its self
