I can call out on my phone just fine, but when people call me the phone doesn't ring. Every call goes to voicemail.

Location is a big consideration here. It appears there is a problem with signal strength that might be the phone. The network is not seeing the phone.

It could be that the phone is delayed in ringing. Try placing a test call and see how many times it rings in the phone you are calling from before it rings on the phone. Then you can determine if the phone is delayed in ringing. If you hear ringing and the phone rings once and then it goes to voicemail then there may be a setting on your phone that is causing this.

The TRU9466 isn't an answering machine. The number of rings is controlled by whatever answering machine or voicemail system you have on your phone line. Please refer to the documentation for the answering machine or voicemail system to change the ring count.

The ring count is determined by the voicemail system. The Edge 120 is a phone, not a voicemail system. What voicemail system do you have on your phone line?

Your issues is forwarding and message programming, you need to call the tech in that handles programming of the system.

Press Speaker
Dial *6
Enter Voicemail # (will appear on screen if you hit your voicemail button)
Press Speaker again

You may need a tech if unsure of programming, passwords and navigation.
In Config or Admin under Sets/Capabilities you will see Forward No Answer, that needs to be pointed to the voice mail ext # (F985 to see what that is), then after that setting is the ring count....4 is recommended for average office staff.
