How to take apart kohler k-169 faucet - Kohler Plumbing

You need patience/care to open up the faucet and replace the parts.

kohler bancroft is the sink manufacturer, not the faucet mfgr. do you have a clue what faucet mfgr it might be?

If the faucet was working before and then just stopped, it is the mixing valve or a clogged supply line.
turn the water off and remove the mixing valve. Turn the water on and see if you have good flow from both hot and cold ports inside the faucet.
Caution- this procedure can get messy, close the shower curtain or door.
Call Kohler and ask for a new mixing valve for free.

How do I take my faucet apart , I have a leak when I change it back and forth between spray and stream ?
