Something like this happened to me except my phone would not stop ringing an screen went all balack both sides... Try leaving your phone until the battery dies then charge it fully before turning it on it has helped me numerous times before.... reset button still works on mine it is like a miracle spot actually
Mine just froze today when i tried to go to "my content" but this is my 2nd upstage now (first one got lost rofl and i had insurance) and it used to always freez but in a differant way whenever i tried to go to my favs (which i now see is a useless feature since we dont have a numberpad) it would freez until i hit end and went back to the top screen but this freez just froze untill finally it turned off
When I go to my photo album on the phone, it will not upload and then freezes and switches to another screen.
Idk about the internet, because mine has the same problem, but if it freezes, try holding down the reset button for about 10 seconds and then turn it back on.
My upstage is a piece of ****. it freezes with picture mail, internet, bluetooth, and much much more. i hate this phone

My upstage phone stoopped working. I tryed charging, but it still won't work. The buttons on the smaller screen side, the one with the numbers, still lights up. My friend's cell screen stopped working when she got it wet, it would still call, but mine won't.
my phone freezes in a differnet way, like when i try to download things off the internet it freezes for like 2 or 3 mins then goes back to the main meus. What the heck can anybody freaking fix this god dang thing!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLZ
when i try to get on the internet on my upstage, it freezes and when i push the reset button nothing happens!! it will let me send and recieve picture mail but i cant get on the internet. i need help!!
Mine is just being absolutely strange. It froze up as I received a text while I was reading my outbox. Then it turned itself off. I tried to turn it back on, but it does this (see video) until the battery dies.
Mine freezes up occasionally and the reset button has never done anything for me. It freezes once every couple of weeks. Sometimes it goes back to normal if I can wait it out.
No obvious correlation to any particular activity. I usually have a Bluetooth headset linked. I usually find the issue when I try to make an outbound voicedial call via the headset and the phone doesn't respond properly. Power button presses make quiet beeps but do nothing.
The only solution I've found is to call my phone from another phone. Yep, a plain ole inbound phone call clears it right up.
I have been known to ask the occasional stranger to call me - and hate having to explain why...
I so wish I could just pop out the battery to garbage like this up.
OR have a Reset button that performs its function.
