Blurry(ish) picture The picture on my 40" Toshiba Regza lcd (1080 - 120) is a little less than crisp. Am I doing something wrong? It's fine for watching dvd's with the blue ray, but merely an average to less than average picture for tv viewing.

It may because the picture tube have got magnetized. This may happen in the presence of a magnetic field around it. Get it demagnetized. Sometimes UNPLUGGING the t.v for about five hours may cause t.v to demagnetize itself.
Go in ur tv menu go "Picture"go down to reset.Press it,will go back to Factory setting.The colors should be back to factory setting.Not,than ur tv Main Tuner signal board is the cause must change to fix.
Hi suegy, the quickest thing to test is play a dvd and observe the quality of the display. if still blurry or dull, could mean something wrong with your TV. going through what causing it...could be weak signal or CCFL lamp not glowing enough or fully.
Since its only a month ago, should be still u/warranty. Check out where you bought from and avail that warranty.
