The cleaning station for my 8995 goes through the motions of cleaning but the bristles are no longer flushed into the fluid reservoir as they used to - they remain inside the shaver and also in the cleaning trough. There seems to be a blockage - how do I clear this?

Doesn't it clean with an alcohol type solution? Once cleaning has finished and is no longer being pumped through the head, by the time your next shave is due the following day the residue will have evaporated from the shaving head

there is a cleaning wheel inside the service station which gets clogged up with dried ink, after a period of use the srvice station will gradually come to a stop and the motor will no longer be able to drive , thus throwing a 22:10 error
to repair - 1) order a new service station C7769-60374 and have it fitted - not forgetting the service staion calibration before using.
2) remove the current service station and strip and clear all waste ink- wash thoroughly and allow to dry- then refit, apply a thin layer if 3 in1 oil to the contact surface of the service station wheel. replace the unit and perform all service station calibrations,

When the razor is not regularly cleaned in the cleaning station and the hygiene indicator goes low, the cleaning station may lose its ability to sense the fluid level. I almost sent the cleaning station in for repair (mine is out of warranty) but was able to clear the faulty condition by resetting the razor's cutter replacement (holding the small recessed reset button below "Braun" logo on the razor) and unplugging/replugging the station then attempting a cleaning until it performed one completely successful cleaning cycle. After that the fluid level showed full. I also heard that the drain hole in the "cup" where the razor sits can get clogged - not sure what happens then but you want to keep that clean.
Update 2/2018: If you mix your own formula as others note, it is important to include some tap water for electrical conductivity for the fluid sensor to work.

There are a couple of reasons that this can happen. First try replacing the batteries in the outdoor control. Also replace the batteries in the base (inside unit).

You may also need to resynch the two units. (For some models, this requires bringing the outdoor unit inside and removing the batteries. Then add the batteries and let the base station look for the outdoor unit.) With the Davis instruments weather station with the solar powered unit, clean the solar panel. You may need to replace the rechargeable battery.

Sometimes, lightning strikes near the weather station external unit causes a surge that damages the unit. In that case, the entire board may need to be replaced to fix the problem.

I experienced the same symptoms on my 8995; solid yellow light (even though the cartridge was full), cleaning failed (red light on) after pressing either start button. After many failed attempts to clean the razor, unplugging the station and pushing start button, I decided to clean the razor under running water. I rinsed the razor under water and then turned it on allowing it to run in a pool of water (like it would in the station). After water cleaning, I returned the razor to the station, pressed the start button and it worked! Was able to do both the quick clean and auto clean.

For tech guys only :Open right side door, check any obstruction in service station while moving.Check service station connection, re-fix once again.. checkRemove service station, remove motors, clean entire service station with water, ensure that entire ink should be washed out allow it for dry, apply grease to the moving parts, fix it back, check...( cleaning service station is very dirty work be prepare for that). check.. Replace service station...

You can run a cup of vinegar through the machine. Run it just as you would making coffee, except without the coffee. Run water through the cycle at least twice to remove sediment and the vinegar. Works like a charm.

keep an restarting the console and clean the disc

you could try cleaning the print heads through the printer utility.
Also a little alcohol on a cotton bud to clean the print rollers could help but allow time for it to evaporate and dry before printing.

Power. You may find that the ower managment settings need to be changed or an external supply is needed.
