Question about HP Officejet J5780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I purchased this printer six months ago. I am having two issues with this all in one.
1. The scan feeder scans two streaks from the top to the bottom of the page. I have asked and looked around for something to clean the rollers but have had no luck.
2. When I print documents, the letters do not come out. The printer settings are set to normal. It will print only the top of half of the words in all sentences.
Please help me. I really dont want to waste a printer.
