The "18-d" is the telephone set model. The Partner System control unit is where you will find the system battery. It is located in the Processor Module - usually 2 AA batteries.

I am looking for a manual for our lucent phone. It is flashing replace system battery w/ power on. I don't know where the battery is. Also I would like to change the time. Any online manuels available?

The system batteries are located on the main processor card of the telephone system. there is a door on the lower end. behind the slide door are 2 AAA batteries.Replace them with the power on.
Changing the time on a Partner system is done on either ext 10 or 11. At one of those ext's press the feature key and "00"
next press the left hand intercom twice
the display should say system programming
enter in "#103"
the display should say system time and the current programmed time
enter the new time in 24 hour format
press feature "00" to logout
And finally here's a link to a Partner ACS 3.0 manual: http://www.wedophones.com/Manuals/AT&T/Partner%20ACS%20R3-0%20Programming%20and%20Use.pdf

Lucent Avaya Partner System Lost access to Voicemail

Obviously you lost your programming. Question is whether the unit is operational. Best thing to do is contact your local Avaya Business Partner for a repair.
If you tell me your location, I can recommend one.
