Sansa Video Converter can transform all common formats to MP4 video andMP3, OGG, WMA audio for Sansa. More importantly, Video Converter forSansa is easy to use by few clicks for both Sandisk new users andseasoned Sansa owners.
I had this problem my self, but here is the solution.
The sansa is really picky about Movies first you need to make sure you have the right File, I've only been able to get AVI to play on the fuze second, go on to SanDisk's web page and get the Firmware update here http://forums.sandisk.com/sansa/board/message?board.id=sansafuse&message.id=210
There is also a converter that is offered by SanDisk that is rather handy.
hope this helped
You go to the sansa website (google it) and download the sansa media converter for the sansa fuze. Install it and drag your movies into it and click convert. Long movies can take an hour on an average computer (be patient) and when it is complete unplug your sansa and make sure the video works.
