Well you could send it away to be fixed, this could cost a bit. alternatively you could simply use the rca plugs instead, just for games this'd be fine. for bluray movies as well then send it away. there is no substitute for sony quality

I move my ps3 to another hdmi tv but i cant get a picture.

HDMI doesn't usually like being plugged in live so turn everything off before you connect leads
On the PS3 you might have to reselect the output preference so hold on the power for a few seconds, you'll hear multiple beeps and hopefully it will auto select the resolution etc.

PS3 not working on 42'' JVC via HDMI cable port

I have the PS3 and this TV and it works....Try this.

1. Turn ON TV
2. Connect HDMI from TV to PS3
3. Select the correct HDMI input on the TV for the PS3(important)
4.Turn OFF PS3 if it is ON.
5. hold [I/O] Power button on PS3
6. Wait about 5 second and you should get the "HDMI Detected" or some similar message.
7. Configure the HDMI output for the PS3

Also, If you set the PS3 to "auto" for hdmi, it may set the resolution to 1080i. You may want to deselect everthing but the 1080P.

I want to connect two tvs through one 40gb ps3, is this possible

It's not possible without a special external video box. You can poke around ebay to see if there is one that will do what you want. I'd try searching for "PS3 converter"

40gb hdmi

I had the same problem at first. I did the following:

1. Connect both cables: Multi-AV and HDMI.
2. Go to the TV's channel for SCART.
3. You now can see the PS3. Go to Display Settings, under
Settings menu. Select HDMI and the desired resolution.
4. Change to the HDMI channel.
5. You should now also see the PS3's XMB on the HDMI channel.
6. You can now disconnect the Multi-AV.

I hope this information can help you and your customer.

P.S. I figured you were Dutch since you used Neophyte as a name for your previous question. Are you Dutch, and in that case: what videogames store you work at?
