Hi Ashish,

First off, if the program that you wish to run requires JAVA (you will know of this if you see a empty screen with a inlaid box and a small "x" in red on the top right hand corner of that inlaid box). If it does, that what i can suggest is that you install Java from java.com (if you're the administrator or power user of the computer you're working on).

Another alternative is to let ensure that your ability to run active X material is enabled and not checked off. You can check this via these steps:

1. On the internet browser clikc Tools> Internet Options> Advanced tab> Browsing> check all.

Also, make sure that the option to use java is enabled. Hope this helps.

Cant find my new facebook account

Your daughter enabled the "Keep me log in" option. you have to log her account out first. to do this, on the top right of the facebook page, click on the Account and select "log out" from the drop down menu.

Try using separate user on your computer so you and your daughter won't share the same user. go to Control Panel > User setting > create a new user account

I have 2 gmail accounts.I want to keep both, how do I acces my old one cause I keep getting my new one!

Have you got it linked to anther email account?

The accounts should be separate, unless you have given exactly the details.

You should be able to log-on using the email address [email protected] and using the password you gave on setting it up.

Then check the settings, that you have not "shared" the account.

If so remove the share and you should be able to log into each account separately.

HAVEING TROULE LOGING IN

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

If you're getting an error message, what does it say?

Hi my name is juan aldana im deactivating my account for one month and is loging me back in with out me loging in, why?

Your browser might be set so that facebook is your home page, so when you open the browser you automatically go there and it logs in! Change that setting to something else.

Am trying to set up a facebook account for my wife she has her own email address but we share a laptop when i click on set up new account my own page opens?am getting frustrated ,please help

You need to log out of your account first, and then you can go to create an account for her. Also, you can try deleting the cookies of your web browswer so you do not automatically log back in.

I can not get to the right page to become a member on "facebook". I can't get to the home page, or start-up page. Can you help me? My husband used my e-mail address, so I created another one....

If you are using the same window logon you will need to log out of his account first by clicking account and on the dropdown menu log out, and then logging in to your facebook account.

Also you may want to have your own user loging for windows so his changes do not affect your settings.

To create your own Windows user account click on windows key, control panel, then click User accounts. On the new page click on manage another account. On the new page click create new account then type in the name to use (probably your name) and then the button at the bottom to create account. If you will be installing programs you might want to select the button Administrator prior to the create account button.
Now you have your own windows logon and can have your windows setting like a background picture for when you are logged on.
