Hola,
I have one of the above and have somehow cracked the screen. I do a fair bit of electrical work and have ordered a new (replacement) screen.
How do i open up the Orbit? There are 4 hex screws inside the battery cover which i 've taken out. whats next?? and ideas as its not clicking off and i don't want to break it..(more than it is.. hem hem)

It's not the battery. Go to Sony's website and select you native language - they have troubleshooting guides/help in just about every language.

you're disassembling your laptop ? hmmm sounds like an expert to me ...
but if you want to take a part of your laptop. you should first take out the panel above your keyboard > take the keyboard out > take the upper part of your laptop out (the panel around the keyboard) > open the processor heat sink. Usually in most laptop you don't have to open all screw at the bottom of your laptop.

IMPORTANT (If camera has different color cabinet, let me know to provide you appropriate part number)
