Sound's like the couping between the moter and the transmition is bad.to replace the coupling you first to remove the two screw's on the frount of the control panal.than pull control panal forward and lift up and back.next you nead to remove the clip's on the left and right.next unplug wire harness from door switch line.next lift the door and pull body forward and out.the whole body will come off.the first thing you will see is the water pump.remove the two 1/4# screw's from clamp's holding the pump on. next remove the two clamp's.next pull pump forward and to the left to keep it out of the way.next remove the wire harness from motor.next remove the clip's from motor and pull motor out.next remove what is left of the coupling from the motor and the transmition.install new coupling kit.you my have to use a exstention and a hammer to tap new part's on motor and transmition.next place rubber part on transmition and line open hole at 12 oclok.on the moter make sure you have one of the prong's at 12oclok to match the transmition.take the motor and line it up with the transmition and push it on.next reinstale the two clip's to motor.next reinstale wire harness to motor.next realine warter pump with motor.you my have to manualy turn coupling to get motor to line up with pump.reinstall clip's to water pump along with the two 1/4#screw's.next reinstall body on frame and reinstall the clip's to the left and the right.next hook up the wire harness back on the door switch line.next rotate control panal down and set in place and reinstall the two screw's and you are done.
