There is a utility bar that you can install that lets you change the default application folder:

** Note ** When the My Pictures or Pictures folder gets full, camera will not work - Cut and Paste all pictures in that
folder to another folder and restart Orbicam program.

If that does not work then do this:

Start - Programs - look for Acer Empowering Technology then Acer E-Recovery - The look at the bottom and you will
"Backup", "Burn disk" and Restore" choose Restore - choose Apps and Drivers at the bottom of Restore tab (it will say
extracting) - once extracted - click Install - click Vista or (XP) on the left - click Drivers - click Camera or CCD - on the
right side of the screen, then look for Bison driver or (or your model which can be found in device manager - control panel - system - device manager - Imaging devices) you have then click a phrase that has something like "Install now", follow on screen instructions. Then repeat steps above and instead of driver choose Bison (or your model which can be found in device manager - control panel - system - device manager - Imaging devices) Utility

What you can do is... have your My Picture folder empty... and just create a new folder in the documents folder. saying as "pic" or wat ever... and transfer everything there and when you save any pictures off the internet or something dont save it in my pictures.. i tried that and its working perfectly fine for me... i hope it works for you as well

Acer orbi cam

you probably havent uninstalled it cos it's built in and on the next reboot it would have been found and the driver installed, but if you need the driver, go here and go down to vista and select Logitech Orbicam, or if you mean the camera will not come on when you click the opening software (as many 100's also have the same problem), try this its worked for most people.

Double click the cam opening software, then turn the camera (if you have a 225 Degree swivel one) to face the rear of the lid, then turn it back again, then keep clicking the software that is supposed to open it until it connects.

Acer orbi cam not working

Ive found an interesting discussion about the orbicam at a website called the Acer Guy.

I am going to assume you are on Windows Vists unless I am otherwise mistaken. Click here to read what the site has to say and for possible suggestions on where to find the drivers for it.
