You should be able to get an activity report through the menu key. Push the menu key and scroll to reports Push ok/set key and scroll to actitvity report. Push set/ok key, one or the other, and an activity report should print out.
First you have to lift the panels under the speed dial numbers to expose all of the additional features and setting buttons, Press the REPORT button, then the SET button. This will give you a daily log.
Open 1 Touch Speed Dial Panel. Press <Data Registration>. Press <Set>. Arrow down to (2.Report Settings). Press <Set>. 1.TX Report . Change from "Print Error Only" to "Output Yes". This will cause a confirmation report to be printed after every transmitted fax.
Not an expert on this model however, on most canon fax machines the plastic cover or panel on the keypad is a door. Opening this you should see descriptions for the keys one should say report. Press report to print and follow instuctions to get activity report.

There is no test page for the canon laser fax, the only one is to print the report list. The report list of Activity Report you cant get it by pressing the [report] button and press [set] button or if you want others report like the User Data report, Tel Registration report then press the Data Registration and press [Set] and select by pressing the Scroll Up/Down button to locate the Report setting.
