Question about BOSE48 - Lifestyle 48 Home Entertainment System (black) Refurbished System
When I put a DVD into my system the screen begins to shake and a prompt comes out on the receiver that says wrong DVD region code. What does that mean? What do I do?
Go into the set up and select NTSC or PAL (where you live EU=PAL, NTSC=US). the tv will stop shaking and become color, Viola!!
As for the code, Not too sure how that works, I have yet to try it.

It means that the DVD is formatted for a region other than the one that you are in. if this is a dvd you made yourself, you need to change the region code, otherwise the people who sold you the DVD gave you the wrong kind.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
