Hey there, I have the same problem, it started several days ago, while playing via HDMI cable the colors started to run on the screen, after RESET, no pic but only audio. fixed it with a heat up, and it runs normal on the TV, as soon as I plug it via HDMI it does the same. I Know that it is only a temporary fix so could you please tell me if I do the X-Clamp mod will it help it running norm again? and can the HDMI cable make the processor heat up more than the standart cable with HD siwtch turned on.? thanks in advance.

That's a sign of a "red ring of death" in the near future. If you're capable, the x-clamp mod fix should deal with that problem. Otherwise find someone like me who can fix it because Microsoft will wind up giving you static.

Sound doesn't work while playing a game or movie from Xbox 360. It used to work - then it just stopped while a movie was playing. now games and movies won't play sound. Cables are good, sound sytem is...

You can figure out real quick through isolution what the problem is and who to point the finger at. Go ahead and unplug your xbox 360 system and hook it up to another tv. It doesn't have to be hdmi, just a standard one can work fine so you can plug the yellow video, and two white/red audio cables in to test. If that works then you need to look at the ports on your tv or sound system as the source problem. Check the settings...it doesn't hurt to reset them and reconfigure. Also check the xbox system settings in the Dashboard and verify. That will get the ball rolling and get your solution asap. Good luck!!!

No picture on my tv

Details of your TV and whether you are trying to use component or not would help, however if you are on a new TV, you may have to connect the console to an older TV and change your Console Settings. It may be on a 480p setting. Do you hear audio? Need more details, please email me

Xbox 360-no audio output

You may need to go into your TV settings and turn on HDMI Audio. If this is not enabled (Typically on HDMI 1) The TV will not ask the 360 for Audio and as such won't pull it.

I have it and it works great! For all TVs, the TV have to be on fixed settings on standard, dot-by-dot mapping, noise reduction off. The camera's exposure the same for both side-by-side shots. Just set it on standard and it should work...
