The inverter is located behind the bezel at the bottom of the screen/lid and in between the hinges.
The bezel has screws that fixes it to the lid and these can be hidden by stick-on plastic covers. Use a thin sharp point to lift these plastic covers off to reveal the screws. Remove these screws.
The bezel has small plastic catches that clips it to the lid and may also be fixed to the LCD screen with double sided tape. Use a thin blade and insert it between the LCD screen and the bezel and gently ease the bezel off. Start at the bottom of the screen and gradually work along the edge and continue around each side to free the bezel.
Be CAREFUL not to scratch the LCD screen and DO NOT apply too much pressure to the face of the LCD screen because you can crack the glass surface and ruin the LCD screen.
Once the bezel is removed then you can get access to the inverter to remove it.

Once you remove the screws(if any) from the front bezel of the screen, you will need to use a tool such as a guitar pick or similar to UnSnap the Bezel Locks around the Whole front Plastic Bezel... Gently pulling the front bezel away as you unsnap the front cover...

you will now have access to the Inverter.. it is located under the Screen.. it's the Long Rectangular Circuit board... You will need to unplug the Display cable conection from it and unplug the LCD Bulb plug from it... If it is attached to the underside of the screen, you simply remove the 1 or 2 screws on the inverter, bend the tab on the end of the inverters holder and slide the inverter out.. If its just held down by 1 screw to the back of the screen - simply unscrew the 1 screw and remove the inverter...

Fan noise qosmio f20

You can use a can of compressed air or an air compressor to clean it, or you can also use a vacuum with a hose attachment to clean it. Or you can use any combination of the three.

Lost bios password thoshiba qoasmio f20-155 laptop

To reset the BIOS read the information from this link.

In case of your laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper.

My laptop screen will not turn on. The laptop turns on & I hear it working, the screen will just not turn on.

Hi

This sounds very much a backlight or invertor issue and will need to be replaced. If it is the backlight then a screen replacement at about £140 is a rough guide. IF its the invertor then they tend to range from £10 to £40 and really both jobs should be done by a reputable computer retailer.

Thanks

Card slot not working on qosmio f20

There is. You'll need to download it from Toshiba's support page. Try this link:
http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/modelContent.jsp?ct=SB&os=&category=&moid=835451&rpn=PQF10U&modelFilter=F15-AV201&selCategory=3&selFamily=804517&selModel=835451%7CPQF10U

Click the Downloads tab, and where it says Refine Search By: click the All Categories drop down menu, select SD. Run the donwloads available there.

If the above link didn't work, use this one:
