hi what type have you got , a coupler, a piece of plastic that sits between the motor and gearbox normally a white colour ?

hi, make sure the freewheel lever engaged, so you can't move the scooter, turn it off and on, ?

Check the motor brushes making sure they can be removed easily if not that's the issue , refit them, taking care not to crack the brush caps.

Wig wag or called a throttle lever ,is it loose ? .

At worse it a controller fault ...

hi Vic, there a little black board under the tiller part , it got a ribbon cable to it so take care if looking at it , there's a fault with the circult..

hi, you need to take the tiller apart and refit the spring ... this does happen, a picture will help and i can advise you what to do ...
