Typically error code F1 could indicate a variety of issues. The wall oven could possibly have a runaway temp (higher than normal temps), shorted keypad, faulty EOC (Electronic Oven Control) or, display wire harness missing/not connected. Usually, this code means to replace the EOC. You may be able to reset the wall oven by disconnecting the power to the unit for up ten minutes. Usually this will clear most false error codes. You can disconnect power by either unplugging the unit or flipping the circuit breaker off and back on.If resetting the unit proves to be ineffective, I would recommend contacting a professional to move forward accurately
The manual says error code "F1" means a problem occurred in the circuitry and suggests pressing "CLEAR" to reset it. If the problem persists, contact a repair guy.

"This oven is equipped with a state of the art electronic oven control. Among its
many features is a full time oven circuit diagnostics system. The control constantly
monitors its internal circuitry as well as several crucial oven circuits to insure they
are all operating correctly. If at any time one of these systems fails, the control will
immediately stop operation, and beep continuously (flashing an error code of F1,
F3 or F9 in the display window, if equipped). Electronic control has detected a fault
condition. Press CLEAR to clear the display and stop the beeping. Reprogram
oven. If fault recurs, record fault number, press CLEAR and contact an
authorized servicer."
F1
Electronic oven control failure
Replace electronic oven control (also called EOC or clock).
F2
Oven temperature too hot
Check and replace oven temperature sensor (RTD).
Frigidaire oven fault code F1 means the electronic clock control is bad and should be replaced. That is the electronic control board that shows your clock display and is also called clock or eoc, depending on your model.
