How to select av without remote control

what the message is telling you is to select the input source to use AV channel selection ( AV 1--AV 2--AV 3 etc )
antenna - dvd player , gaming console etc

Hi. By static, do you mean 'snow' image ? DVD players must be connected to AV inputs and selected as an AV signal, either by using the remote control, either using the local controls in the set itself. If you see, what you call static, means that your TV is on "a" channel without areal input. (antenna inputsignal).
You can use the local TV channel button (-), go all the way down below channel 1. There the AV inputs are located. Good luck.

Not familiar with this, but see if there is another button on front or top or behind a cover marked AV or source, if so then that will select the channel you want.

For CRT televisions, typically you can reach the AV channels by changing the channel normally. Go to channel 3, then hit the channel down button and you should reach them.

If your TV have no Menu button or an AV button on its front panel, you can't select its input without its remote control.

Sorry I can't tell by the video but on the side is ther a menus button? And if ther is push it and go to the channel selection or add/remove channel or where u see a place to do a auto detect.. Once there u should see a add selection and u can add channels manually with the + - buttons as up and down u should be able to add the av to the section list or it will just let u select that Chanel and exit the menu automatically.. Or u can get a universal remote pretty cheep prob like 5 buck at Walmart and do it that way or if u have cable or dish that remote will program as well.. Good luck

You might try hitting the MENU button on the tv itself to see if you are able to select input / source that way. Some TVs also have the Aux Inputs selected by scrolling through the channels until you come to the aux inputs.

Yes, you change your channel to '00' or go up to '101' and then press up button on tv then it will automatically comes to '00'

you might try going to channel 00
If you cannot just dial the number 00, go to channel 2 and then channel down.
Does not always work, but without the model number of the TV it is hard to advise further
