The "F0" fault code implies the Clear/OFF pad is shorted or a touch pad failure. If the code cannot be cancelled, unplug or disconnect the power supply from the range and then disconnect the keypad and then power it up. If "F0" ceases, replace the keypad/glass assembly; if "F0" is still present, replace the main oven control.
I added an image below with instructions how to access the control and glass panel. NOTE: Disconnect the range from the power supply before servicing.
