You would need a phone just like yours. Go thru the steps on the good phone/the bad one. if you dont have a screen and this does not work will need a new phone
It is advisable to have it fix first your screen so that you can see it clearly of what are you intended to do,you might press a wrong botton and it will lead you to software crash
The ear hook on my H500 broke as well. I called Motorola (866-289-6686) and they are mailing me a replacement. Even though This bluetooth has a 1-year warranty. I purchased mine in Jan. 2007 and was covered but the rep didn't verify anything regarding the purchase date so even if you're outside of your warranty, you might still give it a shot.
