On my LGM, the motor that drives the soap pump had siezed. I disassembled down to the pump and separated the motor from the pump. With pliers, forced the motor shaft to turn and sprayed lubricant (lithium grease) onto motor's front and rear bearings.
Heater box is a little tricky to remove. Remove 4 screws to remove top plate. Lift heater out and remove insulator. Remove two screws from inside box to remove heater box bottom.

The hose is clogged with soap solution. Usually this happens when it is put away without cleaning the wand by running clean hot water through it. You will need to soak the wand in hot water. While in the water, try spaying it. This should take care of the problem.

I had the same problem just now. There is solution coming out but very little. Not enough to created a spray, more like a useless drip. Took the top off with the 2 pairs of screws found under the return water resevoir and the solution tank. Don't bother removing the 5 screws under the base. gently tilt the cover assembly back towards the wire side to clear the internal assembly. Wires are connected to switches so you can't remove completely without disconnect aall wires, not needed. Remove cover of black box. Inside is a metal unit. Gently remove and flip over to unscrew back plate. Inside you'll find a maze-type channeling. Mine was clogged with calcium but cleaning didn't solve the problem. Nevertheless you should clean these channels. Since it did not work after I though I'd solve the problem I had to disassemble again and went below this unit by removing 2 screws at the bottom under the foam pad. You now have access to the motor. I blew in all the tubes to confirm all is clear and concluded that it was the motor. Since I did not have one handy, all I did was tap on it a few time and it worked. Could be jammed because of the plug in the upper unit. Who knows. Now I know how to replace the motor and clean all aread affecting this solution delivery system. Hope this helps.

Steam wont come out although filled with water and heated as required

If you are using tap water the holes where the water comes out are plugged. You will have to take it apart to clean. After that you should use distilled water you can purchase at your local grocery store. That is what my wife uses after I insisted.

We have the water hooked up at the back of machine. there is a spout for the water to come in and fill the ice tray.but is does not. If we turn the water on it fills up the space under the ice basket. I...

The water inlet valve on the back of unit opens when the ice maker needs water. If the valve doesn't seal good because of sediment or wear it will continue to drip and when the water reaches the ice maker supply tube it will freeze blocking the fill tube.. You can take the water line off the valve and watch to see if it drips.
With the fill tube blocked with ice the water can drip down the back wall or drip into the ice bin or just stop up. You can use a hairdryer to thaw the tube out.

No water/cleaning solution comes out on wash cycle

With this model, the soap dispensed is controlled by electric solenoids. these can be tricky to troubleshoot. I would take it to your nearest dealer. these solenoids fail, and cause a variety of symptoms.
