Memory Stick Cn't seem to get into the html/support.php to download the portable value installer.

First thing to check: Try another memory stick. It may be something as simple as a bad memory stick.

If you tried another memory stick and it works (and/or you tried your memory stick on another PSP and it works), you probably need a new memory card reader for the PSP. when you click download click on save then desktop then put your stick in and just drag the file to memory stick

Have you installed the latest firmware from the root of your memory stick? if not then go to www.edge-ds.cn and download the latest firmware, extract, then copy the files to the root of your memory stick, it should work

First Tell me about your PSP firmware Version. If its a orginal SONY firmware you can't play the games from the memory stick. If you are in custom firmware follow this procedure.

1.press the SELECT button so you will get the M33 VSH MENU

CPU Clock XMB - Default
CPU Clock GAME - Default
USB Device - Memory Stick
UMD ISO MODE - Sony NP9660
ISO VIDEO MOUNT - NONE

Make sure that its showing as per the above values. if not change it to the above values.

If still the problem continues check these too..

Go to the recovery menu.>>> configuration >>> Game folder homebrew (currently: 3.XX or 4.XX kernel)

if its showing 1.50 change it to 3.xx or 4.xx

also

Go to Recovery >> Advanced >> Advanced Configuration
and make sure that both the options are Disabled.....
