Xerox dc12 printer/copier error code

Have a Xerox DC50 with error 9-378 drum cartridge count expired message.
How do i reset that. Please somebody

ERROR 14-372 ROS MOTOR FAIL , ITS THE MOTOR THAT ROTATES THE POLYGON OF THE LASER BEAM , ITS LOCATED , BELOW THE SCANNER UNIT AND OVER THE COPY/PRINT CTG. 13R557/13R558 . IT CAN BE ONE OF 3 THINGS THE ROS ASSY. (LASER SCANNER UNIT OR ROS) , IOT DRIVE PWB(THE PC BOARD BELOW THE NVM AND IOT-SYS) OR A PROBLEM ON THE WIRING HARNESS / POWER SUPPLY. its giving error code 9-354.
send me the solution as soon as posible.

06 codes refer to exposure lamp problems..(or scan) check lamp coming on, scan carriage position etc, don't have the code list, so carefully move the scan carriage up and down, make sure it moves OK

Type in DC12 in the search and then to downloads and drivers.
Select documentation and there is a variety of user support documentation to download.
