My xbox360 elite keeps freezing during game play it only started last night during modern waefair 2.I turned it off then on agin it works fine for about 5 mins then freezes again then a message comes on screen . BG evaluate trojectory unknown:tr type-2147483647 can you help pls

Does any other disk work and if so it is probably the disk. But if it does not read any other disk then the laser is bad. you can find in craigslist and ebay for sure but also check with your local game stores and game player repair shops. Hope this helps. Leave feedback please if this helps.

unpluge it and take all you thing off it and call microsoft

you need to unplug ever cable you have and every accessory you have. Unplug adapters memory units hd inter coolers every thing. let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Plug everything back in then press the button to open the tray to turn it on then put in a different game keep it open . Then when the menu comes go into a program so you can't see play game or close tray. Then when you are in the right place close the tray and it should load. This worked for me 2 times.

Try keeping it in a wide open area this way the consel stays cool. also open the disc tray and blow i it there may be dust on the lens.

Well if these spot are consistent on certain disks time after time it is most likely a scratch, smudge or defect on the disk. check them all for scratches and if they are dirty try to clean them very gently with a soft cloth. This would only really concern your actual console if it occurs during heavy game loading or at the same spot during a load. Try cleaning all your disks and get back to me. GL

you should try replacing the thermal compund.

Here are things to try.

1. Try another game and check if it only happens on this game ( MLB 2k9 )

2. Select memory -> Select Y button for device options then press the following sequence on your controller

X,X Left Bumper, Right Bumper, X,X

You will see a message that goes like this " This will perform maintenance on your xbox 360 storage device, would you like to continue? Select Yes

3. Delete your save game. or try to start a new game..

Because this is an indication that the certain point that you are trying to load is already corrupted and its your saved game.

try cleanin the game with a wet and dry tissue
