Green LIght Blinking

The Green Timer Light won't stop.  It has been blinking for four days.  In the past it has come on and turned off within a few minutes and then you can turn on the TV but now it has been blinking for four days and it did go off once and I pushed the Power button to turn it on and the Green Blinking Timer light came back on, HELP ?

The green power light blinks, TV won't turn on. Have reset it numerous times, unplugged it, and changed power source. Still just blinks.

Does the led ever stop blinking? No ..well in that case generally this indicates a standby voltage problem...if all those voltages ok then the cuircit known as digital module is at fault. also make sure the lockout has not been activiated. i really dont think it could but to unlock hold menu button down for 10 seconds. After all that i believe it would be a bad digital module

replace the DM or have someone repair the DM. The capacitors are bad and someone who knows how to repair circuit boards can replace them

Green timer light won't stop flashing on mitsubishi ws 73711.

the green light blinking is normal if set has been unplugged--when set is plugged back it should blink for about 70 seconds and then go out--then you can try to turn it on---it is the DM unit inside the set booting up.

If the light just blinks and never stops you have likely bad caps in the DM unit---there are kits available for that.

The other possible reason is that so called reset switch may be bad--fairly easy way to find that out and it is more common than you would think, let me know if you have questions.

I have a HDTV 1080 and the power to our neighborhood went out over the night and now the green light on the TV just blinks. I can't get the TV to turn on. I have reset the system reset button on the from...

try this ... if there is a reset button on your 'front' control panel..maybe 2 - 3 positions to the left of your blinking timer light..
try inserting the tip of a mechanical pencil or tip of a straighten paperclip into the 'tiny hole' of th ereset button ...hold pressure on that button until yout blinking light starts blinking RAPIDLY .. this
rapid blinking should continue for several seconds or a minute.
then it should stop .. may even go off ... now ..hopefully.. you will be able to turn your set on

Have mitsu model # ws-65813 wont turn on

You have a common problem in the DM (Digital Module), more specifically the DM power supply. There are four electrolytic caps in that supply 16v/1000uf that are bad and likely buldged from heat stress. Replacing these caps and the E2P module, a small stand-up board further back on the main DM board should restore normal operation...
You might be lucky enough to have a tech come out and simply replace those caps in-home. It's not a really big job for a qualified tech.
Hope this helps!
