Check with some quality video card companies to see which cards are compatible with your motherboard. You might find you can't get a very good quality card or maybe you might find some quality cards you can install yourself. Its only a couple of screws. Mostly is it compatible with your motherboard.

I have one computer with E210882 intel motherboard..i was open this computer for replace the harddisk i connect one used hard disk now this computer is working but the audiosystem is not working picture...

If you have installed a drive from another system, it probably has settings applicable to the system from which it was removed. The original system could well have had settings for a different audio chip and video resolution. You need to look at the device drivers for audio and video and make the changes needed so they apply to the laptop you have.

What video card to get?

is this for gaming, online gaming or just a necessity? If it's just for replacing a burned-out vid card....I would just get an ATI Rage 128 Ultra, they can be had for very cheap, and are easily available. $5 should be what you pay for one.
