You will need to identify your Audio controller and manually download and install the appropriate drivers. You may be able to see this information under the "device manager" settings. Otherwise, you will need to visit the driver sites for one or all of the following:

  1. audio card manufacturers site
  2. Motherboard manufacturers site
  3. PC manufacturers site
I would not suggest using any Driver Download programs such as driveragent, because these products rely on your OS to recognize and identify the missing components. If your device manager does not have it listed, then the program will not see it.

because the audio driver is not installed so it is looking for multimedia audio controller...

while the purchase of the laptop they will provide a manufacture cd which contains the drivers you must install from that ..

if you dont have the cd then you can download the audio driver from the below given site:
