LG VX8350 can't transfer mp3's to removable storage any more

LG VX8350. I have always had a hard time transferring mp3's to my phone. I can still transfer mp3's to my internal memory card, but now it will absolutely not work for my removable storage card. I use Windows Media Player to transfer the mp3's. It does the sync. The error I get now says: "Windows media player encountered a problem while synchronizing the file to the device. For additional assistance click web help. When I click the button (Ok) it resets my phone. Any help appreciated. I can play all my mp3's from the internal and removable storage. I also cleaned the external storage card.

Make sure you format the card in the phone and not using an external card reader.

Also make sure you are not using a card that is beyond the capability of the phone. The phone is limited to 4GB cards.Use only cards that are 4GB and lower capacity.

If you still have problems I would try getting another brand of card, Kingston and Sandisk have worked well for me.

Bluetooth Problem

Radios get old, the components age, and the radio needs to be re-tuned. It is probably working only at very close range, due to the reduced power from age. The BT radio was not designed to be tuned up. You may need to get a new phone to regain that functionality.

Try putting the BT device very close to the phone, see if that works.

Hi,

When ever a phone shows memory full when trying to download songs into your phone, it means that all data being downloaded or transferred into the phone goes to the storage system of the phone not into the ex.drive.While always getting the same message, cause the phone memory is full already not the ex.memory storage.

So when ever your downloading any song, make sure you transfer direct into ex.memory storage not phone memory.

It depends on the software, but I would guess they are locked onto the phone via some sort of DRM. most phones don't let you transfer anything off them.

How do I transfer computer images and music to my LG Voyager?

If you already have the drivers installed and it still doesn't show up as removable storage in My Computer, you may have to go to Settings & Tools -> Tools -> USB Mass Storage (on the phone, while it's connected)

Can't find driver for usb data cable for Verizon LG VX8350

there should be an enable usb mode on the phone itself if not then you can use a program called bitpim which is an excelent program for syncing almost any and every phone with your pc via usb and will automaticly detect the driver required and offers help on how to connect each phone, the site to download it is: http://www.bitpim.org/

it is third party software so completely free to download and feel free to scan with any anti-virus and/or anti-spyware it is 100% clean
