Reset your router,by pressing in reset button at rear off router with tip off a pen,hold pen in for about 30 seconds,when done press on internet explorer,then type in,hope this helps

I also tried to ping but i got a " request time out " which means that the
-either the connection to the server is down Or
-the server itself is down..

If the PPP LED is flashing all the time then you have not got a connection to your ISP's server.
Have you contacted your ISP?
The ISP can test the ADSL connection to the your ADSL2 modem and advise whether it is a fault or not..

Hi there is this small black chip thing on the board and its got a crack on it what is the problem is this going to b a problem ??/ my pc is still in working order plz any advise would b welcome


if its youre north or south bridge chip just make shure the crack
is not all the way trough the chip and if it is i would advise you to take in youre motherboard to the place you bought it and ask them for advise on what to do.

First time ever ive heard about this, however youre pc is still working so doesnt sound to serious plz keep me informed hope this helped
