PUK (personal unlocking code) is a code to unlock security code. Any phone allows three trial of inserting security code; If we insert wrong code three time it ask for PUK., and that is your problem. You have to ask your provider to give you that code. For that you have to call your operator's care centre or help line from landline of other card of same operator. Operator on line will ask you about your mobile no. and 2-3 question regarding your personal detail and provide the PUK code. Enter the PUK given my him & your cell will be unlocked.

When you buy a sim card you are given a PIN and a PUK number. If you enter your PIN number wrong for 3 times your cell phone will block your sim asking you for the PUK code. You should look in the papers you have been given when you bought the SIM and you should find the PUK number. If not you should contact or visit your cell phone company to solve the problem!
Hi, first of all, you did a grave mistake by entering the wrong pin which resulted in it asking for your PUK (Personal Unblocking code), and 12345678 is not and never your PUK All sim card have a unique PUK for security reason and they come along with the sim pack when bought new, but should in case you have misplace your sim pack, you can contact your service provider to ask for you PUK which will be given to you free of charge but they might likely ask you for the proof of ownership and your imei number which can be generated by dialing *#06# on your phone...

to them...they will give puk code ...use tat code and continue ur
